CAMPING DETAILS:

Camping passes are per person
​

  • Camping is available starting Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, or Fri depending on the ticket you select (SEE FAQ for questions)

  • The Thursday Pre-Party is included with Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday through Sunday Camping. It is not included with Friday through Sunday Camping. 

  • Camping is hike-in tent only camping unless you add on the RV or Car Camping pass.

  • Camping spots are all first-come, first serve. You can not claim space for someone that has not arrived yet. 

  • The Early Entry add-on is not a camping pass but allows you to exchange your tickets for wristbands TWO HOURS before everyone else on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday

  • Parking per vehicle is $50 cash at the time of entrance for the duration of your camping pass with unlimited ‘in and outs’. Parking is located adjacent to the camp area. You do not camp next to your car.

  • Quiet Hours are 2:00 AM - 11:00 AM DAILY. You will be removed from the venue if you do not respect this rule & your neighbors

  • This pass only reserves your car slot it is not a camping pass

  • 12' x 36' slot for 1 car + tents

  • To camp next to your friend's slot, you must arrive and enter together

  • Everyone in the car must have their own standard camping pass (including the driver)

  • Your arrival date is dependent on your standard camping pass

  • You do not need a car camping pass in order to camp at Dancefestopia. This is an add-on to the standard camping pass. This pass is only for camping with your car instead of the tent-only forest or field

  • Standard camping passes must be purchased separately

  • Spots are 'primitive' - there is no electricity, water, or sewage hookups available

  • You are not allowed to move your car once you are parked. If you move, you will not be able to return to the car camping area

  • Quiet hours are 2:00 AM to 11:00 AM daily. You will be removed from the venue if you do not respect this rule & your neighbors

  • Your car camping space must be cleaned and vacated by noon on Monday, September 9th

RV CAMPING PASS

 $399 + FEES

  • This pass only reserves your RV slot it is not a camping pass

  • 20' x 50' slot for 1 RV + tents

  • To camp next to your friend's slot, you must arrive and enter together

  • Everyone in the RV must have their own standard camping pass (including the driver)

  • Your Arrival date is dependent on your standard camping pass

  • Artists that perform on Thursday will not perform during the weekend

  • Traveling to Dancefestopia and need a tent? We'll hold it for you to pick up at the camping box office upon arrival! Tent dimensions: 7ft x 7ft

UNLIMITED ACTIVITIES

  • Float on the Emerald Pond in a canoe, zip on the Flying Monkey Zip-line, or climb the Tornado Rock Wall as many times as you want - all weekend long! 

  • Activity times will be posted on our FAQ page closer to the event!

  • Passes are per person and non-transferable.

  • Activity passes will be available to purchase on-site if they do not sell out prior to the event.

MEADOWVIEW CABIN

$9,997 + Fees

Can you imagine a cabin experience a short walk from the main stage and staying inside the venue? This is the ultimate Dancefestopia experience for a large rave fam, bachelor, or bachelorette party looking to have a great time! 

  • Cabin rental is from Thursday, September 5th to noon on Monday, September 9th

  • A $500 refundable security deposit is due at the time of purchase. We will email you to make the payment. 

 

Amenities:

  • Central Air conditioning & heat 

  • 5 Showers

  • 5 Flushable Toilets

  • Water Fountain

  • Private cabin Lounge
