Dancefestopia vendors return year after year because our fans LOVE our vendors! Eighty-five percent of attendees camp on-site for the entirety of the festival, so as a vendor, you have access to these fans 24/7 throughout the entire festival. We welcome friendly vendors who care about quality products and an excellent customer experience.

Dancefestopia is one of the largest and longest-running camping music festivals in the United States. We welcome brands that value a captive audience of +60,000 fans over seven days and nights. Media credential applications for Dancefestopia 2025 will open this Spring. Spots are limited and we hold our media applicants to a high standard. We expect you follow the rules and respect the festival, artists, and our beautiful attendees. No exceptions. Applicants will be contacted if they are approved.

Art Installation Sponsorship Program (Open for '25)

Dancefestopia invites artists to submit their visual and interactive installation art to be part of the immersive DFT experience as we transform the grounds of Wildwood! We are looking for art that is engaging in both daylight and nighttime hours.

Please submit a complete proposal including photos, renderings, concepts, etc to comments@bordaproductions.com. The goal of the proposal is to invite our team into your vision - the more information provided the better!
