STANDARD CAMPING DETAILS:
Camping passes are person

  • The campgrounds open on Monday, September 1st, and close on Monday, September 8th

  • Camping at Dancefestopia is hike-in tent only unless you add on a Car Camping or RV Camping Pass

  • Camping spaces are first come, first served. You cannot claim a space for someone who has not arrived yet. This includes roping off an area, but it is not limited to this.

  • To camp at Dancefestopia, purchase a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday through Sunday Camping Pass.

  • The Thursday Pre-Party is included with all camping passes except Friday-Sunday Camping. Do not purchase the Thursday Pre-Party if you have the following camping passes: Monday - Sunday, Tuesday - Sunday, Wednesday - Sunday, or Thursday - Sunday. 

  • On-site parking is $60 (cash) per vehicle. This fee is paid upon arrival. Once paid, you can re-enter the campground parking anytime and do not need to pay again. 

  • Parking is adjacent to the tent-only camping grounds. You will hike in your personal items. We recommend bringing a wagon to help!  

  • The campground quiet hours are 2:00 AM—11:00 AM daily. If you violate these hours, your wristbands will be cut. Please respect your neighbors. 

  • Your space must be cleaned and vacated by noon on Monday, September 8th.

We are guests at the venue, so please respect it! When we do not call this wonderful place home, it is a Children's Camp. Please return it better than you found it! 

CAR CAMPING (ADD-ON)
$199.97 + FEES

  • This pass allows you to camp with your car. 

  • A standard camping pass is still required for everyone in the car.

  • Your dedicated space will be 12' x 36'. You are only allowed 1 car per space; otherwise, the space is yours to build!

  • If you want to camp next to someone, you must arrive and enter together. 

  • Your arrival date is dependent on your standard camping pass.

  • Spots are 'primitive,' and there are no electricity, water, or sewage hookups available.

Please read:

  • You do not need a car camping pass to camp at Dancefestopia. This is an add-on to the standard camping pass. 

  • This add-on includes the $60 parking fee. You do not have to purchase a parking pass upon arrival.

  • You are not allowed to move your car once it is parked in your space, and you will not be allowed to return to the car camping area if you move. 

RV CAMPING (ADD-ON)
$379.97 + FEES

  • This pass allows you to camp with an RV.

  • A standard camping pass is still required for everyone in the RV.

  • Your dedicated space will be 20' x 50'. You are only allowed 1 RV per space; otherwise, the space is yours to build!

  • If you want to camp next to someone, you must arrive and enter together. 

  • Your arrival date is dependent on your standard camping pass.

  • Spots are 'primitive,' and there are no electricity, water, or sewage hookups available.

THURSDAY PRE-PARTY
$74.97 + FEES

  • This pass is only for non-campers who want to attend on Thursday.

  • This is not a single-day entry ticket - it must be used with either the 3-Day GA, VIP, or Super VIP.  

  • This pass is included with all standard camping passes except Friday - Sunday camping.

  • Artists that perform on Thursday will not perform during the weekend 

EARLY ENTRY
$24.97 + FEES

  • This add-on allows you to exchange your digital tickets for your wristbands 2 hours before everyone else on either Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

  • This is not an Admission or Camping pass.

  • Box Office Hours and entry times can be found here

2025 MERCH BUNDLE
$59.97 + FEES

  • The bundle includes the 2025 Lineup T-shirt, Pin, and Poster.

  • Bundles are available on-site starting Thursday and will be reserved for you through Sunday PM. 

  • The bundles are not mailed out and must be picked up at the merchandise tent.

2-PERSON TENT

UNLIMITED SHOWERS PASS
$69.97 + FEES

  • Enjoy unlimited showers all week(end) long!

  • Our camp-style shower houses are not your typical festival shower trailer. While you wait to shower, you can enjoy an air-conditioned cabin with bunk beds and power outlets! Even if you aren't going to shower, the cabin is available during your stay.

  • The showers open Monday, September 1st, and close Monday, September 8th. The cabins will be closed periodically for cleaning; otherwise, they are open 24 hours a day. Full hours will be available soon on our FAQ page.

  • This pass is per person and cannot be transferred during the event

  • Note: lines will be longer during peak hours 

POOL PASS
$49.97 + FEES

  • Cool off poolside on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12 PM to 7 PM!

  • The pool deck features umbrellas and lounge chairs

  • Passes are per person and not transferable 

UNLIMITED ACTIVITIES
$29.97 + FEES

  • Activities include Canoes (located on the pond) and a Zipline and Rock Wall (located behind the Emerald Stage).

  • Activity hours will be posted closer to the event

  • Traveling to Dancefestopia and need a tent? Pre-order yours and pick it up at the Camping Box upon arrival! 

  • The tents to not come preassembled and are 7ft x 7ft

MEADOWVIEW (ON-SITE)

Rental Details:

  • Located inside the main venue grounds next to the Pond!

  • This cabin is available starting Thursday, September 4th through Monday, September 8th.

  • Rental includes an escort into the venue for 2 vehicles to unload your belongings. Once unloaded, the cars will be escorted back to parking.

Cabin Amenities:

  • 24 beds (bunk style)

  • Central air conditioning & heat

  • 2 Communal Showers Rooms (6 Showers total)

  • 5 Flushable Toilets 

  • Water Fountain

  • 1 mini fridge

A $500 refundable security deposit is due at the time of purchase. Please email comments@bordaproductions after you have reserved the cabin. 

LAKESIDE (ON-SITE)
